These terms and conditions govern all services, games, promotions and transactions on the 0777 game platform. "Platform" refers to the 0777 game website, mobile application and all related digital services.

2.1 Age Limit

To open an account and use any service on 0777 game, a member must be at least 21 years of age. By registering on the platform, the member confirms that they meet this age requirement. Proof of identity or age may be requested at any time for verification purposes.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is found to have been violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Details

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date. If an account is registered with false information, it will be closed and all transactions under that account will be considered void.

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is each member's responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

For security purposes, 0777 game reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. The company reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on 0777 game are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 0777 game is ৳500. Deposits may only be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. When making a deposit, the member must use their own mobile banking account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used during registration. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. If verification is required, it may take somewhat longer.

Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

0777 game reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious, incomplete or fraudulent transactions. In such cases, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to submit the required documents.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus will be ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered (৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000).

A bonus can never be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable only after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

5.2 Promotional Offers

0777 game runs various promotions from time to time, such as the weekly deposit event (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 15x wager), the Friday special reward (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wager) and the refer-a-friend bonus (up to ৳2,000, 8x wager). Each promotion has its own applicable terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, creating fake referrals or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and suspension of the account. 0777 game reserves the right to take these actions.

6.1 Game Results

The results of slots, live casino, sports betting and other games on 0777 game are determined by the software of each game's provider and are completely impartial. If a member has an objection to any result, it must be raised through the designated complaints process.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Settlement

The company reserves the right to cancel or re-evaluate any bet or game round due to technical errors, software malfunction or the publication of incorrect odds. In such cases, the member's original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

It is the member's responsibility to read the rules and terms of the relevant event before placing a bet on cricket, football or other sports events. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bet settlement will follow the specific rules set for each sport.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any dishonest means.
• Operating games or bets using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or find vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

If suspicious activity is detected, 0777 game reserves the right to freeze the account, suspend the balance and provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

8.1 Service Availability

0777 game aims to provide a continuous service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues. The company is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Loss

The company's liability will be limited where a member suffers a loss due to technical errors, network outages or the actions of other members. The company does not bear liability for indirect, assumed or consequential losses beyond direct losses.

8.3 Third-Party Software

Games are operated using software from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe. 0777 game is not liable for errors or unexpected behaviour in that software, but we always work to resolve such issues promptly.

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a request to the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their remaining balance before the account is closed, however any active bonus amounts will be cancelled.

10.3 Closure by the Company

0777 game may close any account immediately for breach of terms, fraud or other serious reasons. In such cases, the company reserves the right to confiscate any funds or bonuses obtained through fraudulent means.
